Young at Harvard

The oldest graduate to march in the alumni procession on Commencement day was artist John Heagan Eames '22, of Boothbay Harbor, Maine, just shy of 99, shown being greeted by Radcliffe president Linda Wilson. Eames's elders include Elizabeth Maxwell Sabin '17, 104, of Hingham, Mass.; Dorothy Summers Green '17, 103, of Lexington, Mass.; E. Pollak-Ottendorf '21, 103, of Bronx, N.Y.; Ralph E. Allen '20, 103, of Des Moines, Wash.; Charles Hartshorne '21, 102, of Austin; Gertrude Knowlton Wilson '21, 100, of Madison, Wisc.; Stephen E. Freeman '19, 101, of Shelburne, Vt.; Horace Bancroft Davis '20, 100, of Chicago; Elizabeth Benton Swain '20, 100, of Hingham, Mass.; and Bryson Findley Graham '19, 100, of Zanesville, Ohio.
