Text Advertising–$5.25 per word

There is a 15 word minimum charge. The first two words of the ad are boldfaced for no additional cost. Additional boldfacing is $10.50 per word. Telephone numbers, including the area code, count as one word. E-mail addresses and websites count as 2 words apiece. Words divided by hyphens or slashes are counted individually.

Display Advertising–$400 per column inch

Display ads are highly visible and permit the use of logos and artwork. Ads are available in increments of 1/4” (there is a 1” minimum). The standard column width is 2 3/16” (2.188”). Ads must adhere to our design specifications, or you will be charged a design fee of $60 per hour with a one-hour minimum charge. Call 617-496-6686 for details. On-line Advertising–$35.00

Online advertising offers an excellent way to reinforce your print advertisement. Your ad can run online concurrently with each printed issue or you can start your online ad at the time of purchase, and it will remain on our website for 2 months. You may include a photo with your online ad for $30 per photo. A camera icon will appear alongside your print ad alerting readers that they can see your photo(s) on our website.

Web-only advertising–$5.25 per word for text ads; $400 per column inch for display ads

If you wish to run a text ad or a display ad online only (not in print), you will be charged the text ad cost or display ad cost noted above.
