The Harvard Club of Miami features a lecture entitled “Genes and Us: Promises, Problems, and the New Genetics,” presented by Professor Everett Mendelsohn, on January 20. Harvard Extension School lecturer Sue Weaver Schopf will treat listeners at the Harvard Club of Cincinnati to “The Increasing Relevance of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein: The Nightmare World of Science without Boundaries” on February 2. On February 17, English professor Elisa New will discuss “The Mystery of the Puritans: Puritan Poetry” for the Harvard Club of the West Coast of Florida at the Center for the Arts in Vero Beach. The Harvard Club of St. Louis hosts James Cuno, Cabot director of the Harvard University Art Museums, on February 24.
